The Pamper Party is a brand of The Pamper Company Ltd, offering pampering treatments to groups at homes, hotels and cottages across the UK.

The Pamper Company Ltd was founded in 2004 and in addition to providing treatments at home we also provide therapies in the workplace under our Take15 brand as well as therapists for promotional events & PR activities under our Pamper Promotions brand.

Origins

Here's a quick story of how and why we do what we do...

The Initial Idea

Our Pamper Parties were originally established with the aim of creating an party environment where therapists could showcase their therapies and guests could sample scaled down treatments and book future one-to-ones with therapists if they wished.

The Popularity of Hen Parties

We soon noticed that we were getting lots of interest from people wanting to organise a Pamper Party for their Hen Parties so we systematised and packaged our parties to accommodate the hen party market.

Nationwide Requests

With interest coming from across the country we started to recruit therapists on a nationwide basis, and appointed local representatives to ensure the consistency in the services offered.

Innovative use of Technology

Along the way we have implemented technology to manage all of our bookings and ensure that the customers and therapists know exactly what is expected at any party.

Keeping True to our Original Goals

We have now provided tens of thousands of treatments at Pamper Parties all over the UK but still keep true to our original aim of helping therapists to promote their services by encouraging them to hand out their business cards at our parties.

We strive for a culture of friendliness, efficiency and consistency in all of our interactions with customers, therapists and partners to ensure that the overall customer service experience is the best we can make it.
