Behind The Pamper Company is an accomplished team of individuals who are all qualified therapists complemented by skills acquired from various commercial backgrounds. They are all committed to exceptional customer service and continued profitable growth of The Pamper Company.

John Durrant, Founder
Since setting up The Pamper Company, John has been building the business applications to help manage all bookings for parties, events and the therapists. This has been crucial in ensuring that as we get busier, we are still able to track exactly what is going on with all bookings around the country. John has recently added a customer login which is being beta tested in certain areas of the country. This allows customers and guests to manage party invitations and treatment selections. Jenny Thacker, Customer Services Manager
Jenny comes from a background in Customers Services and Project Management in one of the world's leading IT organisations. Jenny oversees all aspects of your Pamper Party booking and works with our representatives to ensure everything runs smoothly. Jenny is also a qualified massage therapist and is available for individual treatments in the Egham area, please call the main Pamper Company telephone number for appointments.
