Customer Care
We've been organising Pamper Parties and other pampering events since 2004 and in that time we've always tried to structure our processes in a way that gives us the best possible chance of providing great customer service.
There are so many things to think about, especially when organising Pamper Parties, but we're convinced that our approach is quite unique and is the most efficient and customer friendly way of doing things.
Care for Therapists
We are recognised by therapists for our attention to detail and consideration for their welfare. It is ultimately our therapists who are delivering our service and by ensuring they feel looked after they are motivated to give their best service to our customers.
We provide paid change-overs and breaks between treatments which ensures that each client receives full unflustered attention during their time with the therapist.
We also provide therapists with a login where they can pick up their schedules and check the status of their invoices. We aim to pay therapists within a week of receiving their invoices which is hugely appreciated and quite unique in our industry.
Our Representatives
Once we receive your booking we will put you in touch with one of our representatives whose job is to help you to organise your party, answering any specific questions you may have, helping you to select treatments and make arrangements. There are usually changes in guest numbers and requirements during the run up to your party and your representative will ensure that all changes are taken care of.
Your representative will produce a schedule for your party or event so that everyone has the treatment timings and other information they need.
Our Bookings Management System
Our IT systems allows everyone involved with your party, including your guests, to see all of the relevant details and timings so there can be no confusion over the arrangements. Our system also provides us with party status information automatic reminders so we are always on top of the organisation of your event.
A Great Network of Therapists
Over the years we've established some great relationships amongst our therapists so if ever there are any last minute hitches such as therapist illness we can nearly always arrange a suitable replacement at short notice. This depends very much on the circumstances on the day but even on the rare occasion that a replacement hasn't been available we've always managed to come up with a suitable arrangement with the customer.
