Facials

Facials are a popular Pamper Party treatment where you really can lie back, put your feet up, and enjoy the feeling of being pampered.

The Treatment

At a Pamper Party you can chose a 30 minute mini facial or a 45 minute luxury facial:

Mini Facial – 30 Minutes

A wonderful revitalising treatment for the face, individually tailored to your skin type the mini facial can involve:

i) Cleanse, tone, mask and moisturiser, or…
ii) Cleanse, tone and massage.

Luxury Facial – 45 Minutes

A full facial treatment involving cleanse, tone, massage, mask and moisturiser. This treatment can also incorporate an intensive neck and shoulder massage. A wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.

Preparation

To get the most from your facial we advise that any make-up and jewellery is removed prior to the treatment. It is helpful if you could let us know about any pre-existing skin conditions or allergies and you will also be asked about these by your therapist.

Guests are asked to sign a treatments consent form at the start of the party / event which can be shown to the therapist before the treatment commences.

The Room and Equipment

Facials are provided on a beauty couch which is approximately 6 feet long. There also needs to be space at the head of the couch for the therapist to work. Facials are usually provided in a quiet area of the house, such as a bedroom, so the client receives the most relaxing treatment.

Beauty couches can be heavy and a little awkward to carry so please bear this in mind if you have stairs that are difficult to negotiate (in which case a downstairs room may be more appropriate).

Products Used

We are product independent but stipulate that our therapists use good quality products for their treatments. Therapists are usually trained in a specific product range and know how to use that range for the various needs of their clients.

Commonly used products include Dermalogica, Decleor, Elemis, Clarins & Gatineau although there are several quality brands which may be preferred by individual therapists. If you have a particular preference for certain products then please mention this when booking so we can confirm availability. It is possible that we can meet product requests after the booking has been made but this is difficult to guarantee, especially if we have already booked a therapist for your party.
