Pamper Call Handling Policies
We know it can sometimes be frustrating when you call a company that you see on the internet, not knowing how and when your call we be dealt with. If you are put through to an answerphone, you don't know whether to leave a message or keep trying...
With this in mind we thought it would make sense to give you some background to how we answer phones and deal with enquiries so that you can be reassured that your enquiry will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Our 0870 numbers:
An 0870 number was chosen because it signifies a company with nationwide capabilities. Calls to an 0870 number cost the same as any national rate phone call.
Call Answering:
We have a call routing system which during weekdays diverts to a number of phones until it is answered. Your calls will therefore be answered by Jenny, Charlie, John or one of our representatives who is manning the phones.
Voice Messages:
As we are all therapists there may be times of the day when we are busy with clients or already on the phone. In this case your call will be diverted to voicemail. We aim to respond to all messages on the same day or the following day if this is not possible.
Email Enquiries:
All emails sent to our main address will be received by Jenny, Charlie and John. We will attempt to answer all email enquiries on the same day they are received or the following day if they are received late. If we are available to answer your email straight away we will do so. Emails received at the weekend will be answered on Monday at the latest. Due to the nature of the Internet, some emails fail to reach the intended recipient. If you have made an enquiry and not received a response then please contact us again so that we can help.
After you've made a booking:
Once we have received your booking we will put you in touch with the regional representative who will be organising your party. Your representative will respond to any messages as soon as possible. If you can't get through to your representative then please contact us directly and we would be pleased to help.
