Food at your Pamper Party should be light, healthy and easy to prepare. If you are hosting a party you don't want the hassle of preparing complex food.
Cube a cucumber
Halve a punnet of cherry tomatoes
Cube a block of feta
Halve a small jar of black olives
Mix these all together with a couple of glugs of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon - mix and serve!
Tear up fresh, young spinach leaves
Add cubed havarti or smoked cheese
Drizzle with the juice of an orange, a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper
Finely chop a garlic clove and a 2cm cube of fresh ginger and sauté in a little olive oil and butter in a heavy frying pan
Toss in the peeled prawns and sauté until pink and hot - doesn't take long!
Finish off with a big squeeze of fresh lime - serve immediately
Drain a tin of chickpeas
Combine with cubed chorizo and diced red peppers with a light olive oil and lemon juice dressing
Serve on a bed of rocket for a hearty salad
Blend together raspberries, banana and a dollop of greek yoghurt
Thin with a little apple juice if preferred
Add the juice of half a lemon and finely chopped coriander to a small tub of hummous
Serve with courgette batons
Add 2T olive oil to a large saucepan
Cover the bottom with popcorn kernels
Shake gently to coat with the oil and apply medium heat with the lid on
Keep the lid on tight as it heats up, shake the pan occasionally and vigorously as the popcorn starts to pop - don't let it burn!
Serve immediately with a sprinkling of salt
