We have very few customer service issues and always do our best to ensure complete satisfaction. The therapists we work with are professionally qualified and we constantly monitor standards to ensure a consistent delivery of services.
Our process for dealing with any issues if they do arise
If for any reason a customer feels that we have not provided a good standard of service we will conduct a swift investigation and offer of an appropriate refund, ensuring our customer's complete satisfaction at every step.
Delivering consistently high quality pampering services on a nationwide basis has been a very difficult challenge, but a challenge we have met through a very slick approach to our organisation and bookings management.
We take a very honest and open approach with both our customers and therapists with the aim of creating relationships based around trust so that any difficulties that may arise can be easily managed.
Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all services provided by The Pamper Company. We are unable to take direct responsibility for the services provided by any other companies recommended on this website.
