Treatments available at your pamper party
Most parties include both beauty therapists and massage therapists so guests may choose from a wide range of treatments.

Massage Therapies:
Your massage therapist may be qualified in Swedish Massage, Body Massage, Holistic Massage or Sports Massage…. Regardless of qualification, every massage therapist can offer the following treatments

Full Body Massage - 45 mins / 1 hour
A full body treatment aimed to relieve stress and tension.
A massage for your whole body which usually starts with your legs and feet and includes back, neck & shoulder, arms & hands

Back Neck & Shoulder Massage - 30 mins / 45mins
A wonderful Swedish massage to relieve muscular tension in the shoulders, neck and back.

Neck & Shoulder Massage - 15 mins
Just relax while your stiff neck and shoulder muscles yield to the therapeutic touch. This treatment may be provided unclothed while laying face down on the couch, in a seated position with a towel around you, or through your clothes as agreed by you and your therapist. Your therapist may apply this treatment as part of an Indian Head Massage

Leg & Foot Massage - 15 / 30 mins
Just what you need if you've been on your feet all day. Just lie back while the therapist takes away all the aches and pains

Beauty Therapies:
The most commonly requested beauty treatments are Manicure, Pedicure or Facials. Additional beauty treatments are available subject to the qualifications and expertise of individual therapists. These may include Eyebrow Shaping, General Make-up or Make-over, Specialist Nail Treatments & Nail Art, Henna Tattoos….

Mini Manicure – 15 mins
A quick file, shape or polish, or a deeply relaxing hand massage. The mini-manicure is a great taster treatment. A longer manicure is advised for those really wanting to show off their nails after the party.

Express Manicure - 30 mins
A conditioning hand treatment, including hand massage, cuticle work, cutting & shaping of the nails and polish.

Luxury Manicure – 45 mins
45 minutes will give you a wonderful manicure where your nails are shaped and polished to perfection.

Mini – Pedicure - 30 mins
A conditioning foot treatment, including foot massage, cuticle work, cutting and shaping of the nails.

Luxury Pedicure - 45 mins
An essential for ultimate relaxation. This Pedicure includes foot bath, complete nail shaping, cuticle treatment, exfoliation. The legs and feet are massaged and nails polished to perfection.

Mini Facial – 30 Mins
A wonderful revitalising treatment for the face, individually tailored to your skin type.

Beauty therapists can usually adapt a facial treatment to a wide variety of times although we recommend a minimum of 30 minutes for a “mini-facial”. These are really a taster treatment and usually involve:

i) Cleanse, tone, mask and moisturiser, or….
ii) Cleanse, tone and massage.

Luxury Facial - 45 mins
For the ultimate in facials. A full facial treatment involving cleanse, tone, massage, mask and moisturiser. This treatment can also incorporate an intensive neck and shoulder massage

Complementary Therapies:

In some cases, your massage or beauty therapist may be qualified in other complementary therapies. If you would like a complementary therapy then we will do our best to provide a suitably qualified therapist. If several people at the same party chose the same complementary therapy then we a much more likely to be able to offer that particular therapy. When choosing complementary therapies please also select either massage or beauty as an alternative.

Reflexology:
A technique from ancient China using pressure points, mainly on the feet, with the aim of improving the flow of energy around the body.

Aromatherapy:
Use of fragrant essential oils for therapeutic benefit. When combined with massage and the oils are also absorbed into the skin helping muscles to relax completely.

Indian Head Massage:
A massage focusing on the head and face but may also incorporate shoulders, upper back and arms.
